Shipping policy

Shipping time

We work directly with local artists and artisans throughout the Himalayan regions of Nepal, Tibet, India, and Bhutan. Our producers hold stock and ship their pieces within 1-5 days of receiving an order. From that point, it can take between 3-21 business days for items to arrive. 

Shipping cost

Shipping is free for all checkouts totalling $150 and above. For all checkouts totalling $149.99 and below, the shipping fee is $15.

These items are invaluable and therefore insurance and courier shipping has been factored into their pricing. This means that insurance and courier shipping are included in their current price. 

Pandemic 

Please note that due to the pandemic there are a limited number of international flights, therefore shipping times may be effected and take longer than usual.
