Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds, returns, or exchanges on our products. Instead of returning an item, please contact us to inquire about a refund or an exchange. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a photo, and we will assess to see if you are eligible for a refund or an exchange. Of course, if you didn't get the product that you ordered, then we will send it to you at no extra cost, and we will also pay for the shipping charges for you to send the other item back to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
