Monk in the Himalayan Foothills of Nepal

After one of our philosophy sessions during our Yoga & Meditation Journey in Nepal we went to have an afternoon tea in the common space with the monks at a monastery in the Himalayan foothills. After some time, most people had left, except for this one monk, sipping at his tsampa porridge. The light hit so beautifully! It's one of those rare moments where the light and everything came into some kind of perfection.
